JOHN PAZIN ONBOARD HONOR FLIGHT TO VISIT WAR MEMORIAL

John Pazin, a well-known local business owner, was one of approximately 70 Veterans who flew to Washington on the 9th Honor Flight of Korean and Vietnam War Veterans.

In 1951 John Pazin joined the United States Army, becoming a staff Sergeant in the Korean War.  While fighting in the Korean War, Mr. Pazin earned his “Rocker” and bronze medal for Meritorious Effort.  Mr. Pazin’s nephew Bob Salles accompanied him on the Honor flight tour.
It’s such an honor that you were able to visit the War Memorial in Washington with other veterans.  Thank you to all Merced County veterans for your service.
